Process:
We have a state of the art facility that we employ to hand wash each rug individually. Before cleaning, we vacuum each rug on the front and back to remove as much dirt as possible. Every rug is color fast tested before cleaning to ensure no dye will bleed during the cleaning process.
We use organic cleaning soaps to protect the colors and the fiber content of the rug. Each rug is then dried in natural sunlight. This process also helps eliminate odors and keeps fibers soft.
During the cleaning process special conditioners are used on wool rugs to prevent the wool from becoming dry & brittle.
